From Napa Valley Register: V. Sattui Winery, Castello di Amorosa to donate $100,000 for disaster relief

October 11, 2017, Register Staff

V. Sattui Winery and Castello di Amorosa will be making a joint contribution of $100,000 to the Napa Valley Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund. The NVCF will be distributing grants from this fund to organizations providing crucial services for those impacted by the fires including, but not limited to, medical care, temporary shelter, meals and counseling.

“The harrowing events of the last three days and the devastation to our community have deeply saddened us here at V. Sattui Winery and Castello di Amorosa,” the wineries said in a news release. “Though both wineries are still standing strong, our extended winery families are personally touched by these events — from displacement due to evacuation to the horrific loss of homes.
