Director of Knowledge Management
she/her

Emily joined Napa Valley Community Foundation in 2024, bringing extensive experience from her previous role at Community Foundation Sonoma County, where she excelled in donor relations, planned giving, and grantmaking.

Emily approaches her role with a strong sense of organization and analytical thinking. As Director of Knowledge Management, she leads NVCF’s efforts to capture, organize, and share critical information that supports our donors, grantees, and staff. She designs and oversees systems that ensure data integrity, streamline operations, and strengthen relationships across the Foundation.

Having grown up in Napa Valley, Emily loves being able to give back to the community that means so much to her. She lives in Calistoga with her husband and their two rambunctious vineyard dogs. Emily graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a BA in History and an emphasis in Middle Eastern History after spending a year abroad in Cairo.
