Retired Pediatrician
Dr. Pastcan retired after 32 years at Kaiser Permanente where he served as Chief of Pediatrics in the Napa office. He has since worked part-time several years for OLE Health. He now volunteers as an educational docent at a botanical garden and at the county library in the literacy program.
