Robert Mondavi Winery, the Napa Valley Film Festival and Chef Tyler Florence will join forces to host a dinner and screening fundraiser one year after the 2017 Northern California wildfires.

The evening will feature a three-course meal prepared by Florence and Robert Mondavi Winery executive chef Jeff Mosher and a screening of Florence’s new documentary film, “Uncrushable,” which highlights the heroism, humanity and resiliency of the affected wine country communities. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Napa Valley Community Foundation to assist with continued wildfire relief efforts.

The event begins at 5:30 on Friday, Nov. 9, at the Robert Mondavi Winery in Oakville on Friday, Nov. 9 and coincides with the Napa Valley Film Festival’s five-day run from Nov. 7-11. The film screening will commence at 8:00 p.m., with a question and answer session featuring immediately following.

“It is important that we continue to acknowledge how the 2017 wildfires impacted so many lives, and that we support and celebrate our resilient communities,” said Brenda Lhormer, NVFF co-founder and director. “We are grateful to Robert Mondavi Winery and Tyler Florence for partnering with us to host this very special benefit dinner and screening. We know that Uncrushable will make a lasting impact on dinner guests and festival audiences alike.”
