Start the grant process

If your request fits with the eligibility criteria, please send us a brief letter (1-2 pages only) that describes your organization, and its scope of work or project. Include the Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) for your organization or fiscal sponsor in the letter, and tell us about your organization and/or project’s annual budget. Please also describe how the organization/project’s work accrues significantly to Napa County residents.

Email us your letter to grantsadmin@napavalleycf.org. Philanthropic Engagement and Program staff will review and respond to your letter within 90 days of receipt.  We may ask for a site visit, phone call and/or further application materials and financial documents.
