Introducing Our Philanthropic Associate: Jessica Rodriguez

Jessica Rodriguez, Philanthropic Associate, a young Latina woman with dark brown hair, wearing a white dress, smiling.

We are delighted to introduce Jessica Rodriguez to our team here at Napa Valley Community Foundation! Joining us in January, Jessica is working as a Philanthropic Associate. In her own words, she’s handling “a little bit of everything,” from grants to scholarships. Her dedication shone brightly as she assisted during our bustling scholarship season, where the foundation awarded over $425,000 to 66 deserving students.

Born in Mexico City, Jessica and her family made their way to Napa in 2009. After graduating from St. Helena High School, Jessica continued her academic journey at Sonoma State University with support from Napa Valley Community Foundation’s Fruit of the Vine scholarship.

Jessica values the collaborative environment here at NVCF, especially our weekly Wednesday staff meeting and lunches. Beyond her role here, Jessica dreams of opening her own business one day, perhaps a dance studio. In her spare time, Jessica loves driving her car, cheering for the Warriors, and cherishing time with her friends and family.

Welcome to the team, Jessica!
